The factory manufactured machine tools which were either directly or indirectly delivered to the Wehrmacht. Two explosive charges were planted on the roof of the factory building where they later exploded. A sabotage guard fired five shots through the roof immediately after the first detonation. He did not hit anyone since the saboteurs had already left. He then ran towards the exit to warn one of the guards in the yard, but when he reached the door a loud bang was heard, and he was thrown through the doorway – but did not come to any harm.
