The factory worked indirectly for the Wehrmacht. The company's owner, his housekeeper and a worker who was already in the workshop, were held up by the armed saboteurs holding revolvers. While they were planting the explosive charges, the business owner succeeded in persuading the saboteurs to only place bombs in the part of the company that was of importance to the supplies for the Wehrmacht.
