The company worked for the Wehrmacht. The explosive charges were purposely planted in the painting workshop. One of the participants held up one of the neighbouring company’s drivers, who happened to be passing by. The remaining three saboteurs laid out the charges; a total of four small explosive charges and a firebomb, which did not go off. A dog staying in the premises was let out before the explosions, and the driver was allowed to push two cars to safety into the yard.
