I. The burned down storage shed viewed from one of the neighboring properties. The flax stack, from where the fire started, was approximate where the two men are, who are looking at where the fire had been.

The sabotage was carried out by an individual who, despite being invited, was not a member of an organized sabotage group. This was his only sabotage mission as he was forced to leave for Sweden in October of that year. He made a simple homemade firebomb, consisting of a box of combustible material and a candle, which he then planted in the company's warehouse. When the flame burned down, it ignited the contents of the box. The whole building, which was full of flax, burned to the ground.
