There were two sabotage attacks on the slaughterhouse. In both instances, bombs were planted under the boilers in the slaughterhouse's fat-rendering department. The first sabotage destroyed only two boilers, but the second attack was more successful and destroyed not only three large boilers, but also most of the building in which they were placed.
