The company worked exclusively for the Wehrmacht. The anti-sabotage team consisted of one sergeant and ten off duty officers. At around 5 am, fifteen to twenty saboteurs entered the company's grounds by blasting the fence with a hand grenade. The police guard was disarmed and, along with the workers, led out into the street. Then two large bombs were planted in the machine room. The company was severely damaged in the explosion and in addition, damage was caused to nineteen neighbouring properties.
