Hans Just's Storehouse was once again the target for bomb sabotage, this time on the 3rd floor, where Elektromekano were located. The company produced transmitter pipes for the Wehrmacht. Even though the building itself was heavily guarded by German soldiers, as well as by the storehouse’s own security personnel who were in the basement. Shortly before the attack, the security personnel had gone on their rounds but had not noticed anything suspicious.
