The villa, which was used by the Danish Labour Service, was sabotaged by a combination of explosive bombs and a firebombs. Between the hours of midnight and 4 am, six to seven saboteurs planted one or more explosive charges in the villa, which initially caused a fire and then an explosion. A watchman who had gone to alert the fire brigade and then returned to await their arrival, was blown over by the force of the explosion. He was, however, not injured. For the getaway, one of the saboteurs was picked up by a bus and he then forced the driver to drive to the villa. On arrival, the saboteur (and his fellow saboteurs) forced the driver to drive them some distance away and then asked him to leave the vehicle. One saboteur stayed with the driver and looked after him while the others drove away. Shortly after, one of the saboteurs returned on a bicycle, slipped the driver the keys to the bus and 20 kroner as payment for the trip – the taximeter displayed only 4.20 kroner. * Seizure of files. Arson using an explosive device (2 kg of aerolith with 20 min delay). Total destruction of the property, including all contents.
