The company produced flash suppressors for the Luftwaffe and other such things. Five armed saboteurs, one of them in police uniform, held up the five workers who seemed like sabotage guards, and planted four explosive charges on the company's premises. Two of these, which contained around 700g of explosives each, were subsequently found unexploded. The saboteurs had also scattered wood shavings over the joiner's floor and set fire to them.
