Around noon, three explosions were heard which were so loud that several houses shook. A moment later, there was a lively gunfight with machine guns and consequently, the neighbourhood was quickly emptied of people. The company, which was guarded by German soldiers, was destroyed. All the furniture and equipment was blasted up through the roof, and the walls made of reinforced concrete cracked. This was the third time the company had been subjected to sabotage - most recently the night before where there had been shootings.
