The company worked for the Wehrmacht, and had operator cabins from German vehicles to repair. Three armed men wearing uniform caps held up the manufacturer and the foreman. They then planted one explosive charge and multiple firebombs. Three of the firebombs were later found unburned. In the explosion, almost all of the eastern wall was shattered, much of the western wall and the roof collapsed. The factory’s interior, containing machines and other furniture, was also badly damaged.
