The plane had shipments for two drop zones in Vensyssel – in total 24 containers. However, when the plane circled over the drop zone, there was not a reception team in place. The plane flew on to drop zone 42 Kærholms Gård, but there was no reception team there either...
The plane had shipments for two drop zones in Vensyssel – in total 24 containers. However, when the plane circled over the drop zone, there was not a reception team in place. The plane flew on to drop zone 42 Kærholms Gård, but there was no reception team there either. The aircraft then headed back to England. On the way back it was attacked by German night fighters but got home safely.
