On the night of February 14th, SOE agent Kristian Fink ("Ferdinand") was airdropped at Klejtrup Lake. He was received by the Klejstrup group led by Walther Lonsdale. Fink was trained as a weapons and explosives instructor and was to work in Copenhagen. He participated in the planning of several sabotages and other actions, but a tense relationship developed with the SOE leader, Flemming B. Muus. This resulted in Fink being sent to Sweden in August 1944, where he joined the Danish Brigade.
