On the night of October 1st, 1944, five SOE agents were airdropped at Klantishöj near Ålestrup. They were Jørgen V. Helk ("Ford"), Ernst H. Jensen ("Morris"), Peter Jebsen ("Daimler"), Erik Flemming v. Holck ("Packard") and Poul Bork-Andersen (”Rawby”). The reception team had been expecting containers, so it was a huge surprise that five men were dropped instead. Otherwise, the reception went according to plan. All agents were Danish officers, who were appointed to assist the individual regions with the construction of an underground army. A few days after the airdrop, the liaison officers were sent to their respective headquarters: Bork-Andersen to Region VI (Copenhagen), v. Holck to Region V (Zealand), Helk to the Jutland command in Aarhus, Jebsen to Region III (Southern Jutland) and E.H. Jensen to Region IV (Funen).
