The following evening, notification was received regarding an airdrop at the drop zone. The team was in place and at 01.30 the plane flew low over the drop zone and threw out 12 containers – it was so precise that the 4 men with torches had to jump to the side to avoid being hit by the containers. The airdrop was photographed – and these photos are some of the most authentic pictures of airdrops in Denmark
