The night between 11th March and 12th March, four SOE agents were airdropped at Hornum Lake. The group consisted of the new head of SOE assignments in Denmark, Flemming B...

The night between 11th March and 12th March, four SOE agents were airdropped at Hornum Lake. The group consisted of the new head of SOE assignments in Denmark, Flemming B. Muus ("Table Jam"), who along with sabotage instructors Jens Paul Jensen ("Table Chatter"), Verner Johansen ("Table Conduct") and Einer Balling (" Table Dance "). Muus and Balling landed without any problems, while Paul Jensen struck the ground hard. On landing, Verner Johansen got his parachute wrapped in a barbed-wire fence. They tried to find the bicycles which had been airdropped at the same time, but in the dark they could only find one. Worse was to come, the team had actually landed in the wrong location. The agents should have landed east of Støvring, but instead landed west. They managed to read road signs and succeeded in orienting themselves. After a long night of marching, they finally reached their target, Støvring High School. By this time, Danish police had found the abandoned bicycles, parachutes and jumpsuits, so the team was immediately rushed away from the area by train to Aalborg.
