The reception team was at the drop zone, but because of bad weather, the airdrop was called off. The team defied the cold weather and remained at the drop zone until 4.30 am, but the plane did not arrive.

Notification was received for 7 drops on Funen. Inclement weather prevented the planes from reaching their locations. There was huge disappointment among the people at the drop zones.

The plane airdropped 24 Fox-containers and a package of S-phones (radiotelephones). Notification was received for drops to 5 drop zones on Funen that night. All airdrops were made at 5-minute intervals. The consignment consisted of 7 machine guns, 17 submachine guns, 150 carbines, 4 PIAT (anti-tank weapons), 380 hand grenades, 40 gammon bombs, 20 pistols/revolvers and 30 kg of explosives.
