A non-mobile Eureka is displayed here after the liberation. A Eureka was a radar navigation homing beacon, which emitted radio waves so that allied aircraft could more easily navigate across Denmark. The first was airdropped in March 1944.

The airdrop and reception of new SOE agents were planned by SOE leader Rottbøll and friends from Dansk Samling. The drop zone on Trend Hede was approved by England. On the night of August 1, 1942, the aircraft threw 3 agents: Hans Frederik Hansen ("Crisp"), Peter Nielsen ("Alistair") and Knud Erik Pedersen ("Bright"). In addition to the agents, 2 radios were dropped. The two agents landed perfectly while Pedersen sprained his foot on landing. Everyone was driven to Støvring College where they spent the night. Soon after, everyone was in Copenhagen. Due to a failure of the release mechanism in the plane, 4 explosives containers, which should have been dropped with the agents, were dropped almost 10 km from the drop area. All the containers and a radio were seized by the Germans.
